6 Week Meditation Course
This course is run over 6 consecutive weeks, Every week you will learn how to meditate and become more mindful in a small group setting. The course will take you on a journey to help you discover your thought patterns, your habits and how you can transform them with some hard work and dedication.
For Ages 15 upwards. Do you have a teenager that would come along with you? this would be brilliant to introduce into the family together.
The course includes:
Week 1- The breath
Week 2- Thoughts
Week 3- The body
Week 4- Emotions
Week 5- Development of the Heart
Week 6 - Interpersonal relationships and everyday living.
By the end of the course you will have learnt how to meditate and understand how mindfulness can become a part of everyday living for improved clarity and peace of mind.
The course is for beginners wanting to learn techniques so they can improve their wellbeing and mental and emotional health. The aim of the course is to show you how to meditate so you can use this alone at home, at work and wherever you choose to.

Each week you will need a drink, blanket and willingness to learn. Mats will be provided.
The course costs £60 and is non-refundable. In the event that Star Sapphire Wellness has to cancel the course, a full refund will be provided.
